Here are just some facilities you can enjoy prior to joining the NPS:
  • The Library is open to non-members on payment of a small fee for each visit, although naturally non-members are not able to borrow books.

  • "Stamp Lover" is available post free to non-members on payment of £2.50 for a single copy or by way of annual subscription of £17 (6 copies) including postage.
