Saturday Meetings

• When display meetings are held on a Saturday the room is open from 11.15 a.m. for the viewing of auction lots. The auction normally starts at 1.00 p.m.
  
  
• Tea & Coffee are served before the Display commences at 2.45 p.m.
  
  
• The Library and Office will be open from 11.30 a.m. on Saturdays when there is a meeting of the Society.
  
  
• The building is usually vacated (or the meeting finishes) at 4:30 p.m.
  
  
• Guests are very welcome at Meetings but we are sorry that as non-members, guests may not bid at the auctions.
