- Members wishing to submit postal history material for sale through the Postal History Packet should print off a Postal History Packet
Vendors Form (supplies of the form are also available from the Postal History Packet Secretary).
- Separate Vendors forms should be completed for each Section of the packet, i.e.

Commonwealth
-
Foreign
and each form should clearly indicate the Section in which the
material is to be circulated.
- The Society cannot advise members as to the pricing of material but there is a minimum price of £2 per item. However one item can comprise of a selection up to 6 covers but only one will be photocopied for the Postal History Packet list.
- Items should then be placed in protective covers and sent to the Society with their vendors form(s), (addressing them 'NPS' and ensuring that nothing on the outer packing indicates that they contain philatelic material.) We recommend that a stamped, self-addressed postcard or envelope be enclosed for acknowledgement of receipt.
THE SELLING PROCESS
Items will then be photocopied, and the photocopies circulated, with the originals being retained by the Society until ordered by a member.
Unsold items which have completed the circuit may, at the Packet Secretary's discretion, be included on a second circuit before being returned.
10% commission is charged on all sales
Vendors should be aware that material may take up to one year for circulation and disbursement.
